We want to provide you with items that improve your perfect backyard! We want satisfied customers and are willing to work with you to make sure you have the right selections!
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply (typically 10% of the cost of the item), and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Items you have already assembled
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please notify the delivery person if your order looks damaged, and refuse delivery of all damaged or defective merchandise. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you free of charge. If your order arrives with concealed damage please notify us immediately.
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery of your order if you have received incorrect or defective merchandise and need a replacement. Replacements parts can not be shipped free of charge if we are not notified within 14 days of delivery.
